Thailand's leading telecommunications service provider, TRUE Corporation has selected NICE SmartCenter for its VoIP contact centers. NICE Perform and the NICE workforce management solutions will replace competing systems being used today. TRUE selected NICE SmartCenter to leverage the synergies of the NICE solutions, to improve customer service, dispute resolution capabilities, and operational efficiency.

Following the December launch of its next-generation, enterprise workforce optimization (WFO) suite, Verint announced Impact 360(r) Express, which delivers WFO to contact centers in the small and medium sized business (SMB) market.

Unica Corporation announced enhancements to its Affinium suite to improve marketers' abilities to optimize the selection and delivery of the most relevant and profitable marketing messages for each customer-across many channels from potentially billions of possible combinations of offer, channel, and timing.

Commercial Truck Trader, online and print marketplace for commercial and work truck classified advertisements, has introduced enhanced calling capabilities for its advertisers based on ATG's eStara Click to Call service.

Aftermarket specialist Infomill has signed a deal with Hitachi Europe to provide technical information for their Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Group. The agreement will see the implementation of a PartsArena-based website to allow customers and engineers to access diagrams and manuals.

Capital Processing Network, a provider of electronic payment processing products and services, is using the Sage SalesLogix CRM suite to manage its sales, customer service, and technical support departments. Capital Processing began operations in November 2006 with early success generating $4 Million in revenue during 2007.

Stellar, a call center and business process outsourcing provider, has been awarded a call centre outsourcing contract with one of Australia's leading energy retailer providing inbound customer service for the client's residential and commercial customers.

Expanding on its Web Experience Platform, Vignette announced its new High-Performance Delivery (HPD) software will be publicly available on March 28, 2008. HPD delivers a unique caching technology that automatically tracks dependencies on publishing events or site changes and immediately updates the Web site cache when those changes occur.

SupportSoft, has certified its product -- Knowledge Center Suite version 6.5 with Service pack 4 -- under the Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation Scheme (CCEVS). The product has been accredited at licensed and approved evaluation facilities throughout the U.S. for conformance to the Common Criteria for IT Security Evaluation (ISO Standard 15408).

eOn Communications Corporation reported that its Board of Directors has decided not to exercise the option to purchase Spark Technologies, Inc. and has elected to sell the 300,000 shares of Spark it presently owns to David Lee for $300,000.
