Healthcare Industry Turning To Learning Management Solutions PeopleSoft announced the findings of a recent survey involving 200 healthcare executives in the U.S. The survey conducted by Health Data Management Magazine and PeopleSoft, found that healthcare organizations are turning to learning management solutions (LMS) to address critical industry challenges, such as training staff on new clinical software and meeting accreditation requirements for training. The survey results also showed that more than half of the respondents identified "aligning learning with the goals and objectives of the enterprise" as the greatest benefit of LMS. In addition, more than a third of respondents indicated that they plan to implement LMS in the next year.
