Oracle Ups Bid for PeopleSoft
Oracle raised its unsolicited bid for PeopleSoft to $26 per share from $19.50 per share. PeopleSoft asked its shareholders not to act on Oracle's increased bid for the company, saying its board would meet to review the new offer and make a recommendation.
