Siebel to Acquire Ineto Siebel announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ineto Services, a provider of hosted contact center solutions. This acquisition will enable Siebel CRM OnDemand to remove the need to buy and integrate telephony hardware and software.
NICE joins forces with IBM NICE announced that it is working with IBM to pursue various joint opportunities on a global basis, in digital video surveillance and Voice over IP for contact centers, financial trading and command and control.
