Two months after announcing a deal to buy content management company Documentum, storage vendor EMC announced another acquisition, unveiling plans to buy virtualization software company VMware Inc. for $635 million.

New Study On SAP
SAP announced the latest in a series of studies that highlight the return on investment (ROI) companies are achieving using mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM). The study, conducted by the ROI Review, a publication of Peppers and Rogers Group, concludes an internal rate of return of 15 percent over three years for Korean consumer goods manufacturer Cheil Jedang Corporation (CJ), a producer of sugar, flour, cooking oil and processed food.
