Reed Business Information Selects Onyx Onyx announced Reed Business Information's (RBI) United States business unit has selected Onyx as its CRM solution provider. RBI will use Onyx Enterprise CRM in its North American operations to help manage and drive subscription and advertising services. When implemented for RBI, the Onyx CRM system will replace standalone versions of ACT! used by more than 500 sales personnel for customer contact management. The Onyx application will be used to consolidate demographic, behavioral and financial data across the business unit's marketing and sales operations.
