GWI Software Expands Offering
GWI Software announced the release of two new versions of its c.Support help desk application. New versions for both the Lotus Domino and the Microsoft Windows Server platforms each incorporate a set of functions designed to streamline help desk operations and management.

Control-F1 announced the release of CF1-Live 4.2, an enterprise eSupport solution that enables helpdesk support agents to deliver technical support via the Internet. AltiGen Introduces All-IP Phone Systems
AltiGen announced the availability of AltiServ1 IP and AltiServ2 IP, two all-IP PBX phone systems targeted at small to medium-sized businesses with 8 to 600 users. Created as a result of demand from AltiGen resellers and their customers, these new systems ship with full VoIP integrated within the AltiGen system.



Golden Pages With Siebel
Siebel Systems announced that Golden Pages has standardized on Siebel Sales 7. The software will assist Israel's provider of "Yellow Pages" services in improving satisfaction among advertisers.

Knowlagent announced that it has made a development enhancement to its e-learning suite to simplify and standardize the authoring of content. Knowlagent enhanced its KnowDev e-learning suite making it SCORM Version 1.2 compliant.



ARPC With RightNow
By adopting the best practices suggested by RightNow Technologies' Internet customer service experts, the U.S. Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) has been able to elevate its online self-service rate to 98 percent - meaning that 98 percent of all personnel seeking answers on the agency's site are now able to do so without having to make a phone call or send an email.

Siemens Launches Application Packs
Siemens Communications is launching the first of its Application Packs for the Realitis DX to help users be more responsive to their own customers' needs. Siemens developed the new Application Pack upgrade scheme - available for all Realitis users who have upgraded to Revision 8 - so companies could be more responsive to change and upgrade their system. The first Application Pack aims to further improve the service Realitis users offer to their customers.

Fair, Isaac and Company, and Acxiom announced that the companies have reached a multi-year agreement to use each other's technologies to boost the power, precision and flexibility of analytics-driven marketing solutions. Acxiom will leverage Fair, Isaac's decisioning capabilities to develop and deploy more potent marketing solutions on behalf of its clients. Acxiom expects the use of Fair, Isaac analytics and decision technology will facilitate faster, more cost-efficient marketing decisions for financial services clients looking to improve the effectiveness of their customer acquisition and account management solutions.
