J.D. Edwards Launches CRM 2.0
J.D. Edwards & Company launched CRM 2.0, the latest version of its customer relationship management offering that answers market demand for CRM software. With over 175 new enhancements, J.D. Edwards CRM 2.0 is integrated with the company's Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. CRM 2.0 enables enterprises to increase internal and external collaboration, respond to customer needs, manage costs, drive revenues and enhance customer satisfaction.



SupportSoft Home Networking
SupportSoft announced that its new HomeNet product provides a solution for broadband service providers to offer their customers the benefits of a home networking solution without the technical headaches. Broadband service providers use SupportSoft solutions in dealing with ongoing service and support requests from their customers up to an estimated 38.4 million times per year.

Eyretel announced that it had begun customer shipments of its web-based replay application Contact Viewer Release 7.0. Contact Viewer is an integral part of Eyretel's Contact 7000 suite of customer contact monitoring, recording, quality and analytics products.

Courion Secures Funding
Courion announced it has raised $9 million in Series D financing, bringing total funding in the company to $27 million. The investment comes on the heels of a record 2002 fiscal fourth quarter, in which Courion added 18 customers for its enterprise user provisioning and password management software.
