LiveWire Logic announced an agreement with Water Pik Technologies to use RealDialog, the customer self-service solution with an automated agent capable of engaging users in a web-based, interactive dialog to more accurately provide answers, on their website. RightNow announced that its customers handled the large peaks in customer service volume that they experienced during the 2002-2003 holiday season. E.piphany announced results for the quarter ended December 31, 2002. For the quarter ended December 31, 2002, the company reported revenues of $22.5 million, compared to revenues of $28.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2001.
