Telekom Austria Implements Amdocs ClarifyCRM
Telekom Austria and Amdocs announced that Telekom Austria has implemented Amdocs ClarifyCRM which aims to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction in its fixed line business unit. Since initial implementation, Telekom Austria has been able to reduce call wait and handling times and increase the level of automation in the call center for improved operational efficiency.



CommunityAmerica Credit Union Selects Eyretel
Eyretel announced that CommunityAmerica Credit Union has selected Eyretel products for use in their contact center in Lenexa, Kansas. CommunityAmerica Credit Union will use Eyretel's recording and quality monitoring products to help improve efficiency and effectiveness in member service and collections.

Virtual-Agent Services Answers HubX
HubX, the center for reservation innovation, has selected Virtual-Agent Services, winner of a Gold Best-in-Class 2002 RealMarket Users Choice Award for Contact Center Tools, to provide the voice component of its reservations channel management capabilities.



Avnet Computer Marketing Selects Vignette
Vignette announced that Avnet Computer Marketing has selected Vignette content management solutions to power its Web sites, including a customer portal for Avnet Hall-Mark, the value-added distribution arm of Avnet Computer Marketing in North America. Avnet Computer Marketing turned to Vignette to allow content providers to post changes directly to the network with response to the marketplace and to deliver information to customers from multiple content owners.

Interface Software announced that Parente Randolph has selected InterAction to support its new business initiative. InterAction aims to provide firm principals and managers a unified view of clients and prospects.



Netopia Is New SSPA Member
The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) announced that Netopia has joined the SSPA Vendor Member program, a membership dedicated to bringing IT support service buyers and sellers together online. The primary focus of this membership is to increase the visibility of vendors and suppliers within the IT service and support community.

Navajo Nation Selects J.D. Edwards
The Navajo Nation plans to increase productivity of its workforce by using collaborative enterprise software from J.D. Edwards & Company. The Navajo Nation expects J.D. Edwards 5 applications, including ERP 8.0, to offer improved government services to over 250,000 Nation members through business process automation. J.D. Edwards, together with Deloitte & Touche, will help the Navajo Nation implement the solution and provide training support to the Nation.



Aspect Announces Siebel 7 Validation
Aspect announced that the integration between the Aspect Contact Server version 5.1 and Siebel 7 has been successfully validated by Siebel Systems. The Aspect Adapter for Siebel 7 populates an agent's Siebel screen with customer information when a call is routed to that agent.



Blue Pumpkin Wins Award
Blue Pumpkin announced that Technology Marketing Corporation's Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine, named Blue Pumpkin's Workforce Optimization Suite as a Product of the Year winner for 2002.
