Apropos Helps HAP
Apropos announced that its interaction management solution has allowed Health Alliance Plan (HAP) to increase call processing efficiency, expand member and provider automated services, and monitor critical contact center statistics. With the Apropos solution, customer support representatives are now handling approximately 80,000 inbound phone calls per month, where 10,000 member inquiries and 25,000 provider inquiries are now automated, enabling HAP to offer better customer service and expand service offerings.



HP With Citrix
HP announced it intends to continue providing customers with consulting services using products of Citrix Systems. Under the worldwide systems integration and cooperative support agreements with Citrix, HP plans to provide services for enterprise server-based computing solutions.

Fiserv CBS Worldwide announced it will incorporate the technology of SEDONA Corporation to provide a Web-based customer relationship management solution to current and future CBS Worldwide clients. The new product suite - called DecisionHouse - is the newest entry into the CRM market by CBS Worldwide. The DecisionHouse suite will include analytics, advanced profitability analysis and customer relationship lifecycle management tools.
