Banter Self Help Selected By Tucows Banter announced that Tucows has selected Banter Self Help to enable automatic replies to customer questions from Tucows Web sites, improving customer service and satisfaction. Tucows has used another Banter application - Banter Reply - since early 2001 to improve the speed and accuracy of e-mail responses to customers and end-users. Zions Cashes In With BroadVision BroadVision announced that Zions Bancorporation is using BroadVision InfoExchange Portal and BroadVision One-To-One Publishing to increase the functionality and extend the benefits of its existing BroadVision-powered portal to more employees. The new Zions portal will link hundreds of branches of the company's six affiliate banks and make it possible for Zions to deliver personalized content based on which affiliate employees serve, their locations and their roles within the company.

MultiBank / BRE Bank With Altitude Software Altitude Software announced that MultiBank, a retail banking initiative of BRE Bank S.A in Poland, has deployed Altitude Software's multimedia contact centre suite throughout its 100-agent Customer Service Centre in Lodz-Poland. Connect-Care And First Genesis Join Connect-Care and First Genesis announced a partnership to provide software solutions for the Financial and Retail Industries.
