Help Desk Institute (HDI) and IHS Helpdesk Service announced an agreement to launch the HDI Service Providers Network(SM), a support industry clearinghouse aiming to match consulting, staffing, and training needs with qualified service providers. Services offered immediately include operational advisory consulting, project planning, individual and department staffing, and on-site training to certify help desk staff.

Interactive Intelligence Releases New Version
Interactive Intelligence released e-FAQ 2.2, the company's latest version of its e-mail and Web auto response product on Jan. 25. e-FAQ 2.2 offers a new workflow feature and other enhancements for increased agent productivity, improved customer satisfaction and reduced operating costs. e-FAQ 2.2 is targeted at organizations of all sizes that process at least 50 e-mail or Web-based requests daily.



Aspen Systems Selects Witness
Witness Systems announced that Aspen Systems has selected its eQuality software to enhance the quality and consistency of customer contacts. Aspen Systems is deploying eQuality Balance - Witness Systems' synchronized voice and data recording solution - ande Quality Evaluation -- the on-line agent performance evaluation tool -- in its Indianapolis contact center to support a new client program that requires remote monitoring capabilities.

cti4 Group Acquires Crossroads Technology
cti4 Group has acquired Crossroads Technology, specialists in product selection and 7x24 support services. The integration of Crossroads staff into their customer focused environment is expected to be completed by February 28, 2002, and will allow cti4 to expand their ability to provide solutions to contact centers.



Agility With Oracle
Oracle announced that Agility Communications is using Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM) to simplify and transform its manufacturing and business processes. Oracle Shop Floor Management, which is a part of the Oracle E-Business Suite, automates the manually intensive operations of the shop floor, leading the way to productivity improvements, higher quality products and enhanced customer responsiveness.

Dreyfus Selects Onyx
Onyx announced that The Dreyfus Corporation has selected Onyx CRM to drive increased retention of Dreyfus' most profitable customers. This marks an expansion of Dreyfus' use of Onyx to include its retail, as well as institutional, line of business. Based on its past experience with Onyx software, Dreyfus expects to achieve measurable ROI within six months of implementation.



Interactive Intelligence And MNS Sign Agreement
Interactive Intelligence and Middle East Network Solutions signed a reseller agreement effective Dec. 27, 2001 allowing MNS to market, sell and support Interactive Intelligence's interaction management software to contact centers, enterprises and service providers throughout Egypt and the Middle East.



Cipient Hosts Live CRM Web Seminar
Cipient announced its plans to host a free, online Web seminar on unlocking additional revenue from CRM investments at 10:00 a.m. PST on Wednesday, February 13, 2002. Steve Bernstein, Co-founder of Cipient, will present Upside Sales, the company's sales effectiveness product.
