FMC Selects Epicor
Epicor announced that Financial Models Company has deployed the integrated e by Epicor suite, including Epicor eFrontOffice, eBackOffice and eProject applications, to automate operations and support its worldwide customer base. FMC fields over 4,000 support calls per month, and selected Epicor to create a fully integrated front and back office operation as part of a strategic customer service initiative.
