NoHold With Hughes Network Systems
NoHold has signed a contract with Hughes Network Systems to implement its customer support service for Hughes' DIRECWAY customers. noHold Instant Support is a virtual online support assistant that answers questions and diagnoses technical problems online. Hughes expects this new online support service to reduce call center traffic by about 35 percent and improve its customer satisfaction by addressing the majority of routine and repetitive inquiries online.

Support.com Reports Strong Results
Support.com reported financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2001. Revenues for the fourth quarter 2001 were $8.5 million, a 20% increase from the $7.1 million for the third quarter 2001. more »

Kana Announces Financials
KANA announced its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2001. Revenues for the fourth quarter were $24.8 million. Pro forma net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2001 was $338,000 or $.02 per share, compared to pro forma net losses of $2.19 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2000 and $2.30 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2001.
