The Reynolds and Reynolds Company introduced a new family of solutions and services that helps automotive retailers and car companies make better use of information, strengthen their relationships with consumers and improve operational efficiencies. The Reynolds Generations Series encompasses more than 100 applications and services relating to all aspects of dealership operations, including Web services, contact management, sales management, finance and insurance, service and parts operations, and business and employee management.

Davox Completes Acquisition Of CELLIT
Davox announced that it has completed the acquisition of CELLIT, a privately held provider of CIM solutions for contact centers. Davox announced the signing of the definitive agreement on January 10, 2002. Davox and CELLIT are now doing business as Concerto Software.

Pivotal Oracle Platform Chosen
Pivotal announced that KLA-Tencor has selected Pivotal's Oracle Edition CRM software as a technology platform to manage customer interactions. KLA-Tencor selected Pivotal for a multi-phased implementation that will allow the company to effectively manage customer commitments. more »

ZAMBA Completes Web Alignment For ADC
ZAMBA announced that it completed an engagement with ADC to align their Web marketing and channel strategies with their traditional distribution and customer service channels. ZAMBA provided business consulting services to help align ADC's business goals with Web technologies, and to help them determine how to best integrate those solutions with their corporate culture. ZAMBA leveraged its blueprinting methodology to deliver an execution roadmap and business justification that will assist ADC in leveraging the company's Web-based commerce channel.

JPMorgan Selects Proscape
Proscape Technologies announced that JPMorgan Fleming's Real Estate Investment Group purchased the software developer's Marketing and Sales Effectiveness (MSE) system.
