Oracle To Acquire NetForce
Oracle announced it has signed an agreement to acquire NetForce, subject to a number of conditions. Axeda With Nokia
Axeda, a provider of Device Relationship Management (DRM) software and services formed from the union of eMation and RAVISENT Technologies, announced a collaboration with Nokia to deliver solutions with Universal Wireless Connectivity. This will bring together the Nokia M2M Platform and the Axeda DRM System. The combined solution aims to enable businesses in multiple markets to offer automated monitoring, management, service and re-supply of remote and mobile devices via wireless communications and the Internet.

ePartners has been chosen to implement an (ERP) system for Global Fulfillment Services (GFS), a full service fulfillment company specializing in high technology rebate processing billings. Interact Commerce and SalesLogix announced that in the initial two weeks of offering, hundreds of companies have purchased the ACT! Link for use with Intuit's latest versions of its QuickBooks financial management software, QuickBooks Pro 2002 and QuickBooks Premier 2002. ACT! Link for QuickBooks enables information to be updated between the two programs, so that data such as sales contacts and invoice status is automatically shared and updated thus eliminating the need for duplicate data entry. more »
