NCR Announces Support For Windows XP NCR announced it will support Windows XP Professional on select point-of-sale (POS) workstations by mid-2002. Heat Scores Top Marks FrontRange announced that their HEAT service and support software scored top marks across the board in a recent independent customer satisfaction survey. HEAT software received the highest marks for ease of use, reliability and quality. Based on the survey conducted by Strategies for Growth, 100% of the HEAT customers surveyed believe the software to be "important", with 62% believing it to be "absolutely essential" to their support operation. more »
National Bank Of Dubai Forms Relationship With Oracle Oracle announced that the National Bank of Dubai has selected the Oracle E-Business Suite for an e-business project. In addition to upgrading its current Oracle Financials implementation to the latest release of the Oracle E-Business Suite, the financial services leader will also roll out Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS), including payroll and self-service functionalities, to its more than 1,100 bank employees. more »
