KMS Launches Desktop KNOWLEDGE Knowledge Management Software (KMS) announced that it has launched Desktop Knowledge, the latest addition to its portfolio of knowledge management software solutions. Desktop Knowledge is the only Knowledge Management and personal productivity tool that aims to allow users to simultaneously retrieve varied unstructured information from their PC/laptop as well as from their corporate portal or Internet portal.
Davox And CELLIT To Combine Davox announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire CELLIT in a cash and stock transaction. Effective immediately, Davox will begin doing business as Concerto Software. Concerto Software will provide a customer interaction management solution that aims to allow companies to manage customer communication across interaction channels, including telephone, fax, email and the Web. This integrated, rapidly deployable solution aims to enable companies to better communicate with customers, improve customer service, and reduce operating costs.
Charter With Support.com Support.com announced a new customer, Charter Communications for the Company's patented, Resolution Suite software. With its selection, Charter Communications standardizes on the Broadband Resolution Suite solution extended by Support.com and BroadJump.
