SAP Announces Supplier Relationship Management Solution SAP announced the availability of mySAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), an SAP Markets solution designed to manage supplier relationships in a comprehensive manner that improves the competitiveness and profitability of a value chain. With mySAP SRM, companies can extend proven business processes to all suppliers for all purchased goods and services to create relationships for mutual benefit.
Interactive Intelligence Releases Product Interactive Intelligence released its unified communications product, called Communite. Communite replaces legacy voice mail systems and fax machines, and extends unified messaging by providing new services such as call screening and one-number follow me for even the largest organization.
Genesys Releases CallPath 6.4 Genesys announced general availability of version 6.4 of its CallPath product. CallPath 6.4 aims to help customers maintain their previous contact center investments and expand into new functionality, such as email response management and web collaboration, by allowing them to integrate the Genesys Suite 6 solutions into their existing CallPath infrastructure. Genesys acquired CallPath from IBM in May 2001.
Travellink Launches Travel Portal With BroadVision BroadVision and Amadeus Global Travel Distribution announced that Travellink has launched its business travel portal, www.travellink.com, powered by BroadVision-Amadeus Travel Commerce. BroadVision-Amadeus Travel Commerce stores all customer information in a single repository to ensure that both the call center staff and individual customers share the exact same view of reservations.
Ask Jeeves Increases User Satisfaction Ask Jeeves announced that it has completed the integration of Teoma search technology into Ask Jeeves. Since introducing the results last month, Ask Jeeves has seen a 25 percent increase in the number of times a user selects a search result on the Ask.com results page.

Attenza Portal To Power uBid.com Attenza and uBid.com announced that Attenza will power a technical and product self-service initiative currently underway at uBid. Specifically, and extending their existing relationship, the two companies said Attenza's Self-Service Portal will enable uBid to deliver more timely and relevant technical and product support through more than 70,000 content items across a range of formats including text, video tutorials and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
