Intecom Announces Purchase Of Ineto
Intecom announced that it is purchasing the Application and Software Rights of Ineto, an Austin, Texas-based contact center application service provider, and incorporating the Ineto solution into its portfolio of equipment and services solutions. Intecom's CEO, Philippe Lecat, announced his company's purchase from Ineto for an undisclosed price.

Fineos Fundraising
FINEOS announced that it has secured an equity investment of Euro 10 million. The financing was led by ABN AMRO Capital in Holland and the other investors included Enterprise Ireland, the Allied Irish Bank (AIB) IT Fund, and FINEOS directors and employees.
