SEI Services Support Scientific Learning
Scientific Learning announced that they turned to SEI Information Technology, a Chicago-based customer care and helpdesk services provider, to help educators realize the full potential of their investment in Fast ForWord programs. SEI recommended having SEI Customer Care representatives make a series of outbound calls to Fast ForWord customers. The initial call, which is made prior to the first day of training, is followed by a series of calls scheduled over an eight-week period. These interactions highlight areas where course adjustments should be made in order to optimize the program's benefit to the students.
