Tinker Federal Implements Customer Service Using Eyretel Eyretel and Tinker Federal Credit Union released results showing customer service improvements from the first nine months of implementation of Eyretel's recording and analysis suite in the credit union's customer care centers. Established in 1946, Tinker Federal Credit Union has 62 agents in their customer care, collections, and credit card departments. The customer care center is the main contact point for customers requiring multiple levels of service ranging from simple account information to mortgage and car loan approval. more »
Regence Group Goes Live With Onyx Onyx Software announced The Regence Group has gone live with Phase I of its Onyx CRM implementation. The project was completed on time and on budget, rolling out to approximately 1,000 sales, marketing, underwriting and executive management personnel.
EarthLink Implements KANA KANA announced that EarthLink has implemented KANA Response software to shorten e-mail response times and increase overall customer satisfaction while reducing costs in the contact center. EarthLink chose KANA Response because the company needed an external-facing customer service application that would scale to support increasing levels of concurrent users as business needs continue to grow.
SSPA Selects Keynote Speakers The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) announced the line-up of speakers for the SSPA San Diego Summit to be held February 4-7, 2002 in San Diego, California. The SSPA San Diego Summit is designed as a series of forums where industry executives can explore and discuss the issues facing support services on Operational, Planning and Certification issues. VIAG Interkom Saves With Oracle Oracle announced that the Procurement modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite are providing measurable cost benefits to leading German mobile telecommunications operator VIAG Interkom. Targasys Selects MicroStrategy MicroStrategy announced that Targasys selected the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Platform to develop navigation and roadside assistance applications. Targasys has already made its services available for CONNECT, Fiat's automobile navigation device, on the Alfa Romeo 147, Fiat Stilo, Fiat Doblo, Lancia Thesis, and all subsequent new models of the Fiat Group. CONNECT offers, upon vocal request, a package of infomobility and assistance services to drivers across Europe.
