Source One With Customer Contact Center
Source One announced that it is expanding its global contact center operations into Asia through a joint venture with Philippine-based contact center operator, Customer Contact Center. The new company, known as Source One will operate out of Manila and provide outsourced inbound and outbound services in English to North American corporations. These services include customer care, help desk, technical support and consumer affairs.

CarsDirect.com and Reynolds and Reynolds announced the launch of CarsDirect Connect - a new buying process that offers consumers more choice in the way they shop for and purchase a vehicle online. Visitors to the CarsDirect.com website will now have the option of conducting the entire auto purchase online with the company's direct service or being matched with a local dealer of their choice via CarsDirect Connect.

Premier Selects Actio
Actio announced it was awarded a contract with San Diego, CA-based Premier. Under the terms of the agreement, Actio will offer MSDS Vault, a JCAHO compliant web-based MSDS content management solution, to Premier's nationwide network of prominent hospitals and healthcare facilities.

ATA Uses Customizable Animations
With so much email being delivered, many messages are deleted before they are even read. It's a challenge to make an email interesting enough that people will read it. The American Teleservices Association has found a solution to this problem. It uses customizable animations created by MaraStar to deliver its message.
