software system that identifies high risk health care claims before claims
are paid. Payment Optimizer can help health insurers reduce the estimated

RightNow announced that British Airways is implementing RightNow Web
eService Center on its UK and US Web sites. In doing so, the airline aims
to improve customer service by allowing the customer to obtain the

And Oracle Team
EMC and Oracle unveiled EMC Double Checksum, a software product that
leverages Oracle's data integrity features for a safeguard against data
corruption. With EMC Double Checksum, EMC is delivering a data integrity
application under Oracle's new Hardware Assisted Resilient Data (HARD)
initiative, a program designed to detect and prevent data corruptions

Conducted For Selltis
Selltis released the results of a survey conducted for Selltis by Cahners
In-Stat Group, sponsored by Industrial Distribution Magazine. The report,
An Evaluation Of Sales Automation Needs and Tools, polled 1,300 Industrial
Distribution subscribers on how they use technology to support a range of
sales force activities. Among those surveyed, only 32% felt that their
sales teams collaborate well or very well on sales-related topics and
issues.

Receives SCP Certification
Sage Software's customer service and support center has been re-certified
by the Support Center Practices (SCP) program for the fourth consecutive
year. The certification was given to the Sage Enterprise Suite, and MAS 90
and MAS 200 support centers in Irvine, Calif. more

Boosting Bottom Line
SIMon Solutions announced that they provide a CRM package called SIMon.
SIMon's primary purpose is lead tracking, follow-up, dealership and
salesperson accountability. However, SIMon includes, among other things,
E-commerce and Data Mining, and Reporting features.
Fiserv
To Acquire Bank Processing From NCR
Fiserv announced the signing of an asset purchase agreement to transfer
NCR's bank processing operations to Fiserv. Under the terms of the
agreement, Fiserv will acquire NCR's core account and item processing
outsourcing operations. Both businesses provide daily business transaction
services for financial institutions such as community banks, savings and
loans, and credit unions.
