Blue Martini announced the delivery of extensions to Macromedia Dreamweaver UltraDev 4, which aims to enable developers to integrate the visual authoring power of Dreamweaver UltraDev with the Blue Martini external CRM application suite. The new extensions aims to enable developers to visually design Java Server Pages and insert or modify objects and method calls for Blue Martini eCRM applications from within Dreamweaver UltraDev.

Davox With New Release
Davox has expanded its line of contact center offerings with a new release of its Unison Call Management System. Unison version 6 is designed to deliver improvements in agent productivity and contact center efficiency, supports larger scale deployments, and enhances call progress detection.

Knowlagent Awarded Two Patents
Knowlagent announced that it has recently received official actions for two patents from the United States Patent Office. Peregrine Announces Offer To CA

Companies Harnessing MicroStrategy
MicroStrategy announced that in the first half of 2001 it secured 22 new sales in D.C., Virginia or Maryland. The customers purchased over $5 million of MicroStrategy software and services. The sales were both to new customers and to existing customers -- including the United States Postal Service, Circuit City, the Federal Election Commission, and Capital One Financial.
