Broad Daylight With Cisco
Broad Daylight announced a relationship with Cisco Systems that aims to reduce costs and improve customer service for Fortune 1000 companies. Broad Daylight has joined the Cisco Customer Contact Technology Partner Program (TPP) and has integrated the Cisco on-line collaboration and chat solution, Cisco Collaboration Server, with Broad Daylight's solution for Web self-service, Broad Mind. This integration aims to bridge the gap between customer self-service and assisted support on the Web.



S.H.R. Group Selects ViryaNet
ViryaNet announced that S.H.R. Group has selected ViryaNet Service Hub. S.H.R. Group will use Service Hub to log and accept customer calls, schedule and dispatch field engineers, and report and close calls from the customer site.

MicroStrategy announced that the Student Loans Company (SLC) has chosen the MicroStrategy 7 Business Intelligence Platform. After considering tools from Cognos and Oracle, SLC chose the MicroStrategy platform for its ability to administer Web-based issues to a large user base.



Interactive Intelligence And Comark Agreement
Interactive Intelligence and Comark signed a contract effective last month, allowing Comark to supply servers from Compaq, HP, IBM and other mainstream hardware vendors for use with interaction management software from Interactive Intelligence. Comark will offer the servers to Interactive Intelligence resellers and direct customers throughout North America.



America West Taps KANA
KANA announced that America West Airlines has deployed KANA Response, an e-mail management solution, to strengthen relationships with its customers and business partners while reducing costs in the contact center. America West chose KANA Response enterprise edition for customer service agents in multiple departments throughout the company. With KANA Response, America West has doubled its agent productivity and increased customer satisfaction.
