Oracle Signs Agreement With NativeMinds
NativeMinds announced that Oracle has signed an enterprise license agreement to use NativeMinds' advanced customer support technology to provide online help desk assistance and Web-based support. Oracle has been using NativeMinds' technology on its intranet to provide its employees with an automated virtual representative, named Allen, that answers employee questions about how to install, use, and trouble shoot implementation incidents with Oracle's e-mail system.

Protagona Announces eCast
Protagona announced eCast, a direct email-marketing application that is integrated with Protagona Ensemble. eCast delivers email marketing, providing marketers with a permission-based personalization tool.

Everdream And Powerfarm.com Partner
Everdream announced a co-marketing agreement with Powerfarm. Powerfarm.com will offer Everdream's outsourced IT service to producers and agricultural businesses through the Powerfarm.com Web site.
