This upgrade will help customers eliminate the manual process of reviewing and revising a list of FAQs to reflect site traffic and customer inquiries. The FAQ Generator updates the list based on natural language questions posed to the iCommunicate.NET knowledge base.

Athene Announces APT Profitability
Athene announced the availability of APT Profitability, a software solution to help communications service providers predict which cross-sell/up-sell offers will have the greatest appeal to individual customers. The web-based product delivers learning with a feedback system that boosts prediction levels over time, and the ability to generate personalized e-mail offers.



Oracle Signs Agreement With NativeMinds
NativeMinds announced that Oracle has signed an enterprise license agreement to use NativeMinds' advanced customer support technology to provide online help desk assistance and Web-based support. Oracle has been using NativeMinds' technology on its intranet to provide its employees with an automated virtual representative, named Allen, that answers employee questions about how to install, use, and trouble shoot implementation incidents with Oracle's e-mail system.

Protagona announced eCast, a direct email-marketing application that is integrated with Protagona Ensemble. eCast delivers email marketing, providing marketers with a permission-based personalization tool.

Oracle Executive Appointed Sideware VP
