Interactive Intelligence announced that it had released the Mandarin
version of its ``all-in-one'' communications software solution, the
Enterprise Interaction Center (EIC) 1.3. Version 1.3 is the newest EIC
release with localized versions in Japanese and Hangul (Korean) already
deployed throughout Asia.

Motive announced that Cyberplex has become a Motive Consulting Partner.
The alliance enables Cyberplex to offer consulting services including

Acxiom
to Acquire DDIS
Data Dimensions announced the signing of a Letter of Intent for Acxiom to
acquire Data Dimensions' managed services subsidiary, Data Dimensions
Information Services (DDIS). DDIS will become part of Acxiom's Outsourcing
Division. The transaction is subject to the signing of a definitive
agreement, expected to occur on or before December 28, 2000.

ICT GROUP announced that they are providing healthcare CRM services for
TheraSense. A dedicated team of more than 30 ICT GROUP customer service
representatives (CSRs) provides patient support services and information
for consumers and healthcare professionals interested in ordering and
using the Freestyle product.
Pivotal
Acquires CRM Unit of Software Spectrum
Pivotal announced that it has completed the acquisition of one hundred
percent of the CRM unit of Software Spectrum. By acquiring Software
Spectrum's CRM unit, Pivotal obtains interaction management talent,
including expertise in multi-channel contact centers.
