IDS Chooses iCommunicate
IDS has selected the iCommunicate.NET online customer service suite to power client technical support on its website. The iCommunicate.NET knowledge base is a self-service/self-help customer resource. By leveraging this technology, IDS will be able to extend online support to their customers while reducing the number of service desk calls.
