Application Consulting Group (ACG) announced an alliance with MicroStrategy. Motive Joins Siebel Alliance

Square announced that it has entered into an OEM agreement with ServicePower. Square will integrate SERVICEPower scheduling technology with its SQUARE APPLICATIONS family of products. Square helps contracting and service organizations increase the efficiency of their operations.

KPMG and YOUcentric Announce Alliance
KPMG and YOUcentric announced an alliance to market relationship management software that enables enterprises to improve their marketing, selling, and service effectiveness. KPMG Consulting and YOUcentric will leverage the strengths of their sales organizations and participate in joint selling opportunities. YOUcentric will train KPMG Consulting professionals for technical projects.

CustomerSat Wins Users Choice Awards
CustomerSat has been named a Gold winner in the Customer Satisfaction Measurement Solutions category of the Second Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and RealMarket. The award, announced at the CRM/Support Services Conference and Expo at Moscone Center on Tuesday, October 24, was for CustomerSat's Customer Feedback System.

Viadyne Joins IT Masters Partner Program
