BroadVision MarketMaker application is deployed to clients. BroadVision
MarketMaker is an application designed to integrate B2B e-commerce
transaction enablement and management platform with community building,
communication, and collaboration capabilities.

Images Selects Blue Pumpkin
Blue Pumpkin announced that Getty Images has selected the company's
PrimeTime Enterprise solution to automate workforce management and help
improve service levels at their customer contact center. Agents in the
Getty Images customer contact center in Seattle handle a wide variety of
calls, including web support calls, offline sales, customer service and
consultative service calls.
iCommunicate
CEO to Manage Live Support Channels
iCommunicate CEO Louis Ravenet is giving his customer support team the day
off. Ravenet will take a turn staffing Live Chat for iCommunicate.NET in
recognition of National Customer Service Week and to show iCommunicate
customers that the company’s commitment to service excellence begins at
the top. The iCommunicate CEO will interface online with customers during
the week of October 2-6 to show his gratitude to the iCommunicate support
team for their efforts in keeping customers satisfied.

ASBA Group Limited of South Africa will implement Prime@Vantage to build

E.piphany and Deloitte Consulting announced an alliance. Together,

Selects Astea
Astea and QualxServ jointly announce QualxServ’s selection of Astea
software and services to manage QualxServ’s field service specialists.
The Astea solution will integrate and automate facets of QualxServ’s
customer service management including: job costing, customer and vendor
quotations, contract administration, order entry, scheduling and
dispatching among other things.
Gestisoft
Chooses Control-F1
Gestisoft has chosen Control-F1 as their eSupport solution. Gestisoft,
with offices in both Montreal and Quebec City, will be using Control-F1 as
the catalyst to support for Gestisoft’s customer set, and training
between their two offices. They are purchasing Control-F1 under the ASP
model.
Infra
Supports Security of 2000 Olympic Games
Infra announces that its Infra-Help call management system was used to log
and track the progress of security incidents in the lead up to and
duration of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Infra-Help provided the means
by which representatives of critical services managed a central database
of incidents occurring in sites around the Olympic city, and were able to
maintain visibility of activities across the security operation.
