“If the plan is to implement the
system widely throughout your company, you can count on a long
string of new headaches, especially if you’re unprepared for
what lies ahead. … A project team consisting of empowered
managers and technical staff will help ensure realistic
objectives, a sound project plan, the right resources, and the
necessary buy-in.”
- Managing the Implementation of New Support Systems, by Albert R.
