and Sprint Canada to Provide Hosted CRM Services
ICT GROUP and Sprint Canada announced their alliance to provide hosted CRM
services. Millennium Care is the first client to use this joint CRM hosted
service offering. The solution for Millennium Care's customer contact
center consists of automatic call distribution technologies hosted by ICT
Group, with CRM tools -- including Whisper Technology, skills based
routing and Computer Telephony Integration -- and telecommunications
services provided over Sprint Canada's infrastructure.

Drives Year-End For Metrix
Metrix eService and mobile solutions have been implemented at multiple
locations of product service organizations throughout North America and
Europe. Nearly a dozen new clients purchased licenses in the second half
of the year and license and service revenue from existing clients also
increased. Metrix's fourth quarter results showed a 40 percent growth over
third quarter, with strength in the medical equipment, high-tech, and
telecommunications industries.

Pegasystems announced PegaRULES, its business rules technology that drives

Selects MicroStrategy
MicroStrategy announced that Compaq has selected the MicroStrategy 7
business intelligence platform for inclusion in its Zero Latency
Enterprise initiative. Through this alliance, Compaq's sales and
professional services organizations will be trained to sell and deliver
MicroStrategy 7.
Autofusion
And Selectica Launch Select-A-Car
Autofusion and Selectica announced that J.D. Power Clubs has launched
Select-A-Car as its online ``let me build a vehicle'' solution. Consumers
are building virtual vehicles using Select-A-Car at the J.D. Power Clubs
Consumer Center. Choices of makes and models, complete with available
colors, packages and options are offered.

Blue Pumpkin announced revenues for its fourth quarter and for the year
ending December 31, 2000. The company's fourth quarter revenue growth
increased 222% over the fourth quarter 1999 and 54% over the third quarter
2000.
