Agreement With UniPress
Control-F1 announced an OEM Licensing Agreement with UniPress Software.
Control-F1's eSupport solution has been integrated into UniPress' product

Expertcity announced that Allied Mortgage Capital is using

reduction in call-handling time. DesktopStreaming has reduced its
support-call volume by 50 percent as more of their employees go online for

VIPdesk
Selects iSKY
iSKY announced it has implemented a program providing infrastructure
services to VIPdesk. iSKY's team of 40 customer relationship associates
(CRAs) in Bend, Ore., devoted solely to the VIPdesk customer loyalty
program, will assist the 60 member national network of VIPdesk local
agents in providing VIPdesk's customer base with live and personalized
online concierge services, such as shopping, hotel accommodations and
dining reservations.

The Personalization Consortium issued privacy principles and a framework
for developing guidelines for conducting independent, third party privacy
audits. While the principles provide best practices that businesses can
follow to ensure consumer confidence in their privacy policies, the
auditing framework aims to establish a standard for testing businesses'
actual privacy practices against these principles.

Joins Siebel Alliance
NativeMinds announced that it has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a
Premier Software Partner. As part of the alliance, NativeMinds will
integrate its NeuroServer product suite, the application used to create
and serve vReps, with Siebel eBusiness 2000.

Teams With Nexgenix
ClientLogic and Nexgenix announced a partnership to enable companies to
