Concentric announced that it has entered into an agreement with Communications Service Centers (CSC) for the distribution of Palettech. Limited time exclusivity aims to enable Concentric to establish the presence of Palettech in the contact center industry before it becomes widely distributed.



Peppers And Rogers Announces Corporate Restructure
Peppers and Rogers announced that it is restructuring its operations around its core consulting business. The restructuring eliminates forty positions outside of consulting, leaving 290 employees in place.

Canadian Tire Chooses Acxiom
Acxiom announced an agreement with Canadian Tire Acceptance (CTAL) to provide the financial organization with a range of database marketing, data management and CRM services. Acxiom, will provide its Solvitur Market Management solution to help CTAL enhance its enterprise-wide customer data infrastructure.



HearMe With Cisco
HearMe announced at the Call Center and CRM Solutions conference in Dallas, TX, the interoperability of its HearMe CRM VoIP application technologies with the Cisco Systems' customer contact software platform, delivering IP-based voice capabilities to market.
