RightNow announced that over 1,000 companies have selected RightNow Web,
the company's Web customer service suite. RightNow added more than 600
customers during 2000. New customers include Hasbro, J.D. Power Clubs and
the U.S. Postal Service.

Intrinsic announced the launch of its scalable intelligent EMA solution -

Acquires Salesproductivity
Pragmatech announced it has acquired Salesproductivity, a sales
consultancy specializing in the creation and deployment of automated sales
tools, processes, and training.
CaritaSoft
To Provide CVM
CaritaSoft announced a multi-year contract with Cable Bahamas. With this
solution, Cable Bahamas will now have the support in place to continue its
services expansion.
Control-F1
Announces eSupport Course
Control-F1 announced that they have developed an eSupport course, in
collaboration with CDI College. Control-F1 is an eSupport software
solution using Internet based communication, diagnostic, system management
and tools to enable support technicians to provide assisted technical
support through a web browser.
Concentric
To Distribute CRM Software
Concentric announced that it has entered into an agreement with
Communications Service Centers (CSC) for the distribution of Palettech.
Limited time exclusivity aims to enable Concentric to establish the
presence of Palettech in the contact center industry before it becomes
widely distributed.
Peppers
And Rogers Announces Corporate Restructure
Peppers and Rogers announced that it is restructuring its operations
around its core consulting business. The restructuring eliminates forty
positions outside of consulting, leaving 290 employees in place.
Canadian
Tire Chooses Acxiom
Acxiom announced an agreement with Canadian Tire Acceptance (CTAL) to
provide the financial organization with a range of database marketing,
data management and CRM services. Acxiom, will provide its Solvitur Market
Management solution to help CTAL enhance its enterprise-wide customer data
infrastructure.
HearMe
With Cisco
HearMe announced at the Call Center and CRM Solutions conference in
Dallas, TX, the interoperability of its HearMe CRM VoIP application
technologies with the Cisco Systems' customer contact software platform,
delivering IP-based voice capabilities to market.
