Expertcity announced that IXOS Software is using their software and
realizing benefits. IXOS is currently using DesktopStreaming by Expertcity

Telephony Launches Click2Coach.NET
Envision Telephony unveiled Click2Coach.net. Click2Coach.net is a Web site
for contact centers that provides a catalogue of Web-based, contact center
training and more than 65,000 titles of online training courses.
FairMarket
Adds Broadbase
FairMarket and Broadbase announced the integration of Broadbase's
e-marketing technology with FairMarket's suite of pricing solutions.
Launched in November, the Broadbase-powered solution includes list
segmentation, campaign development and management and mail delivery.
Chordiant
and etc Collaborate
Chordiant and e-systems integrator, European Technology Consultants (etc),
announced a partnership to market and deploy Chordiant solutions
throughout Europe. Chordiant's CRM infrastructure software delivers
business process automation across communications channels, including the
Web, call centres, interactive digital TV, mobile devices, telephone, fax
and email.

Teams With Aspect
Aspect and Cambridge Technology Partners announced a partnership to
provide companies with solutions. Together, Aspect and Cambridge will help
companies automate all facets of communication, including e-mail, Web
chat, instant messaging and VoIP by integrating front-office, back-office,
eCommerce and media applications and allowing companies to manage them
from one central contact server platform.

Named Top CRM Provider
Quintus announced it has been selected as the top CRM vendor by Cahners
In-Stat Group in its recently released report ``Surrounding the Customer:
Ranking Traditional Vendors of CRM Solutions.'' Quintus placed first out
of thirty-eight CRM vendors profiled and ranked according to their current
and future capabilities, integration and administration abilities.

Using Commerce One And PeopleSoft
eJiva has formed an eProcurement development practice. Using PeopleSoft
eProcurement and Commerce One.net, eJiva streamlined the processes
associated with procuring indirect goods by using web technologies,
reducing maverick buying and lowering the cost for producing and approving
purchase orders.

Goes Into Pacific Rim
Supportgate.com announced the launch of a new Membership Program - the
