Sage, Interact Commerce, and ACT! announced that Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200

Strengthens Customer Service
YOUcentric announced the latest release of its product YOUrelate.
YOUrelate users will benefit from functionality, namely Computer Telephony
Integration (CTI). CTI enables call center agents, whether they are
customer service or sales representatives, to access information from the
application based on information being provided by the caller.

To Power Contrado
Support.com announced a license agreement with Contrado. The agreement
lends broad technology rights to Contrado for the development of software
applications via an OEM relationship between the two companies. In
addition, Support.com will receive an equity position in Contrado and
serve as counsel with a seat on Contrado's Board of Directors.

Instant OnWeb!
NetManage announced the availability of a new feature in the latest
version of OnWeb. Called Instant OnWeb!, the new feature allows customers
to make their existing IBM host business applications available to any

WebTone announced it has licensed its WebTone Customer Care Suite to Bank
of America for the benefit of its Military Bank. Bank of America's
Military Bank will leverage WebTone's CRM solution to respond to customer

Collaborates With @Business
Chordiant has selected @Business as one of its team of Chordiant
integrators. Chordiant's CRM infrastructure software delivers business
process automation across communications channels, including the Web, call
centres, interactive digital TV, mobile devices, telephone, fax and email.
Talisma
Partners With Jamcracker
Talisma announced a partnership agreement with Jamcracker. Through the
partnership, Talisma will become an eCRM provider in Jamcracker's
portfolio of online applications. Jamcracker customers will have the
opportunity to make Talisma's eCRM solutions part of a package of hosted
solutions from a range of ASP providers.

FrontRange has announced a new strategy to make the company a mover in the
