Debuts NetAgent 4.10
eshare unveiled its NetAgent 4.1 suite at the Call Center/CRM Solutions
2001 convention in Dallas, Texas. The newest version of eshare's Web
collaboration, chat, e-mail, and voice solution will begin immediate field
tests with select customers, with plans for a general release to United
States and international markets later in the year.
NEC
And Quintus To Develop Contact Center
NEC America and Quintus announced an agreement to integrate Quintus'
eContactSuite with CCDesign, NEC's existing multimedia contact center
solution. By integrating Quintus' eCRM expertise, NEC expects that this
combination will offer businesses a tool for delivering service and
support to customers through multiple media types such as voice calls,
e-mails and web contacts.

iomart Group is poised to see email become big business for the company
with the imminent roll out of their secure outsourced email platform,
ThinkMail. ThinkMail is an email system targeted at business and

WPA
Launching vRep From NativeMinds
NativeMinds announced that Western Provident Association (WPA), is
launching a virtual representative, or vRep, for its Web site using
NativeMinds NeuroServer technology. WPA has created a vRep named Julian to
humanize online service and answer customers' most frequently asked
questions.
eConvergent
and eFORTIFY Form eCRM Alliance
eConvergent announced an alliance with eFORTIFY, a division of Information
Management Associates. Through this partnership, eFORTIFY and eConvergent
will provide companies with eCRM business solutions customized and
integrated for individual organizations.
MicroStrategy
Selects Sane
MicroStrategy announced the selection of NetTracker technology from Sane
Solutions to power the extraction, transformation and loading of web site
traffic data for MicroStrategy Web Business Analyzer. MicroStrategy Web
Business Analyzer enables companies to develop an understanding of web
site interactions through an interface. It performs analysis of customer
behavior on web sites and is built on the MicroStrategy business
intelligence platform, MicroStrategy 7.

Systems Unveils NiceAdvantage
NICE Systems announced the release of NiceAdvantage, a quality management
solution designed to meet the needs of contact centers that have up to 100
seats. This solution supports both CTI and non-CTI environments using a
single server system.

Strengthens Management Team
ServiceWare announced that Michael Chaplo and Chuck Rudisill have joined
the company to extend its leadership in the online customer service
industry. Chaplo joins as VP of sales and marketing and Rudisill joins
ServiceWare as VP of business development.

Don Morrison, executive VP of marketing and business development for
