Planning and Global Available to Promise Server to optimize resources
across its supply chain and integrate its operations so the company can
offer its customers a broad range of products.
SaskTel
Licenses Technology From DesktopStreaming.com
Expertcity announced a deal with SaskTel. Under the terms of the deal,
SaskTel will license DesktopStreaming by Expertcity, to offer live remote
assistance to its DSL and dial-up Internet service subscribers through its
Web site.
Chordiant
Hooks Salmon
Chordiant announced that it has signed UK-based systems integrator Salmon
Ltd as a technical partner in the implementation of Chordiant's Unified
CRM Solution software at client sites. Salmon has been chosen by Chordiant
for its expertise in object-oriented analysis and design, as well as its
skills in Java.
CSC
Wins State Department Contracts
Computer Sciences Corporation has been awarded two 10-year contracts by
the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, to assist U.S.
embassies and consulates in providing visa information and support
services. Under the contracts, CSC will implement e-government solutions
to improve visa processing and issuance services in multiple countries.

Appoints Radha R. Basu
Support.com announced the appointment of Radha R. Basu as chairman of the
Board of Directors. Ms. Basu replaces Mark Pincus, an initial founder of
the Company and former CEO who has stepped down to return to his passion
of creating new companies and providing new venture guidance. With this
appointment, Ms. Basu now serves as chairman, president and CEO of
Support.com.

Appoints John G. Mokas CFO
Courion announced that it has appointed John G. Mokas as its CFO. John
will lead the financial management and IT departments as Courion looks to
continue the growth that has lead to an 80% quarter over quarter revenue
increase and growth in the number of employees from 24 to 100 during the
past four quarters.

Chooses ServiceWare
ServiceWare announced that Sage has selected ServiceWare's eService Suite
3.0 to improve call center agent productivity and increase overall
customer satisfaction. The implementation of eService Suite aims to lower
costs and reduce incoming calls by establishing a Web-based self-service
option for Sage customers.
