Vocus unveiled a wireless application allowing PR professionals to manage
their public relations activities with a standard personal digital
assistant device and a wireless account. The application aims to allow
Vocus Public Relations users to respond to press inquiries, review all

ViryaNet
Joins SyncML
ViryaNet announced that it has joined the SyncML initiative. SyncML is a
cross-industry initiative formed to create a synchronization protocol that
allows access to updated information with any application and device. By
joining SyncML, ViryaNet hopes to offer its customers a common language
for synchronizing all devices and applications.
InterVoice-Brite
Provides Speech-Based Bank-By-Phone Application
InterVoice-Brite announced that it is working with a banking institution
to provide a voice driven application that will enable the bank's
customers in Europe to speak naturally to an automated telephone system to
complete banking transactions.

Agencies Select RightNow
RightNow announced that more than 20 government agencies have selected
RightNow Web to improve their online support operations. Among the
agencies that have chosen RightNow Web are the Administration for Families
and Children, the Air Reserve Personnel Center, the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco and Firearms, the Social Security Administration, the U.S. Postal
Service, and Army Knowledge Online, the U.S. Army's intranet service.

Selects FootPrints
UniPress announced that Shopcreator is using FootPrints to streamline its
international customer support activities. FootPrints provides Shopcreator
with a web-based solution to track and manage incoming calls for customer
service and technical support, featuring an online knowledge base to make
information available to partners, customers and employees via any
standard browser.

Manager to Speak At SSPA Summit
John Keller, a product manager at TeamShare, is scheduled to lead a

Exceeds Financial Expectations
Support.com announced financial results for its fourth quarter and
year-ended December 31, 2000. The Company reported fourth quarter revenues
of $7.9 million, an increase of 391% from $1.6 million reported in the
comparable period a year ago and an increase of 47% from $5.4 million
reported in the third quarter of 2000.

Oracle unveiled Oracle Transportation Exchange, the latest B2B application
of the Oracle E-Business Suite. Oracle Transportation Exchange will help
companies that distribute goods (shippers) and transportation providers to
better communicate, collaborate and plan their transportation
requirements. By moving business operations to an online model, shippers
and transportation providers can reduce delivery lead times and respond to
changing market conditions.
