RightNow announced that thirteen sporting goods manufacturers have selected RightNow Web as their online customer support system. The companies, which include Columbia Sportswear, PING, Reebok, Schwinn/GT Bicycles, Specialized Bicycles, Sun Mountain, Thule Car Racks, Titleist and Wilson Sporting Goods have selected RightNow Web to provide responses to online customer support questions.

AT&T, IBM And Lotus Create Suite
AT&T, IBM and Lotus announced at Lotusphere that the three companies have developed and will market the ASP Enablement Suite, a new Web hosting solution for the Application Service Provider (ASP) market. The ASP Enablement Suite combines a secure Web hosting infrastructure, server hardware and applications deployment software to meet the needs of ASPs and ISVs.

National TechTeam To Deliver Motive

Epicor announced it is incorporating Microsoft Visual Studio for Applications into the e by Epicor suite of products. The integration, which is an extension of Epicor's current VBA support, will provide Epicor's customers with the industry standard development environment to extend, customize and integrate e by Epicor with Web applications.

Ann Taylor With Delano
Delano announced that Ann Taylor is using DelanoVelocity Marketing to power the Company's marketing initiatives for its recently launched Online Store at www.anntaylor.com. To drive marketing around the launch of its Online Store, as well as to manage ongoing interactions with clients, Ann Taylor selected Delano's e-marketing application, Velocity Marketing, to automate, personalize, and manage its one-to-one marketing campaigns.

MindArrow And PrimeResponse Join Forces
MindArrow and PrimeResponse announced a marketing agreement to help organizations improve marketing effectiveness and customer interaction by incorporating eBrochures -- Web-based multimedia messages -- within PrimeResponse's relationship marketing solution, Prime@Vantage.
