CosmoCom announced the deployment of its CosmoCall Universe call center
solution at ClickDotCare, a provider of Web-enabled call center services.
ClickDotCare integrated the CosmoCall Universe solution into its CRM
package suite, which will be implemented within ClickDotCare contact
centers as well as included among their service provider offerings.

Service Extended To HP
Motive announced that Motive technology is being extended to the consumer
market through Hewlett-Packard Company's release of HP Instant Support on
HP Pavilion home PCs. HP Instant Support automates and speeds the
resolution of problems by electronically connecting users to targeted
answers or experts to answer questions or solve problems.
GMT
New Version of GMT Planet
GMT announced the latest version of GMT Planet-Jupiter Edition 7, the
product for banking, call centers, hospitality, and other service
industries. The Employee Time Center now allows employees to be involved
in setting up their schedules. By using a personal employee access code,
each worker can enter his or her preferred vacations as well as paid and
unpaid time-off requests.
BSkyB
Selects Chordiant
Chordiant announced that British Sky Broadcasting (BskyB) is investing
several million dollars in its CRM software. The selection follows BSkyB's
announcement in February that it would lead innovation in customer service
by upgrading its customer contact facilities in Scotland with technology
and processes.

Helps Road Runner
Road Runner Sports has selected Talisma to power its customer service
organization. Road Runner Sports chose a Talisma eCRM solution for its
feature set, deployment and the on-site training that enables its net
service representatives to answer e-mail inquiries, giving customers the
benefit of support and satisfaction.

Limited Appoints eGain
eGain announced that Microsoft Limited has achieved a 10% increase in
customer satisfaction and a 28% reduction in escalations to second line
support at it's UK customer contact center, thanks to initiatives that
include the implementation of the customer service knowledge solution,
eGain Knowledge. With eGain Knowledge, Microsoft ensures that information
for technical and non-technical issues is at the agent's fingertips to
provide service.
NetManage
SupportNow Powers Live Interactive
NetManage announced that Fire Protection Services has selected NetManage's
SupportNow Enterprise Server to deliver support over the Internet. The
remote management allows IT administrators to gather diagnostic
information from a centralized location, decreasing the time-to-resolution
for technical issues.
Peppers
and Rogers Group Completes Financing Round
Peppers and Rogers Group has completed its second round of investment
financing in less than a year, bringing the total capital investment to
the consulting and media firm to $30 Million. External financing was
received from the company's two previous investors Mohr, Davidow Ventures,
and Integral Capital Partners.

Selects RightNow
RightNow announced that Taxcite.com selected RightNow Web as its online
customer service support system. Taxcite.com uses RightNow Web as an
internal training system for staff members as well as a self-service
information portal for clients seeking tax information.
FrontRange
Heat Becomes Sponsor of HDI
Help Desk Institute (HDI), and FrontRange HEAT Division announced that the
HEAT Division will become a Gold-level sponsor of HDI. HDI's sponsorship
program allows HDI to provide membership benefits to its members, while
offering sponsoring companies the opportunity for increased exposure to
