Support.com announced it is expanding its eSupport solution for the ISP
market. The technology is designed to help ISPs accelerate broadband

Unveils eBusiness Solution
Nortel has launched a Wireless Field Service and Logistics solution that
extends the strength of Nortel Networks eFrontOffice CRM to help make
mobile field service professionals more efficient, more productive and
more responsive to customers. This solution allows a field service
professional to dial into the corporate web site and check the latest
requests dispatched from the customer service contact center using a
WAP-enabled mobile phone.

Delano has been named a market leader in the first annual eCompany Now

business on the Web. Created in conjunction with META Group, the first

Release Of InVision
InVision 4.0 is now available. This version will allow businesses to
prototype and deploy multi-media applications, such as voice portals with
speech recognition, text-to-speech applications and Web interfaces.

Group To Use Sideware
Sideware announced that Renovo will implement its web-based customer
service solution on the company's www.renovotech.com website. Renovo,
which is an eChannel enabler for the IT market, intends to use Sideware's
eCRM technology to provide online customer service for its eMarketplace
for refurbished IT equipment.

Chooses iCommunicate
iCommunicate announced that Envista Technologies has selected the
iCommunicate.NET technology to provide online customer support for its
website, www.envistatech.com. iCommunicate.NET allows Envista to access
their system from multiple offices without requiring extensive software
installation or complex firewall setup.
ScholarOne
Selects RightNow
RightNow announced that ScholarOne has selected RightNow Web as its online
support system. ScholarOne, which markets workflow applications to
academia, utilizes RightNow Web to enhance the online customer experience
and improve support team efficiency.

The Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA) announced the
appointment of George Dale of SafeHarbor to the SSPA Advisory Board. Dale
is VP of Contact Center Operations at SafeHarbor and has over fifteen
years in the customer service and technical support industries with
companies such as CompuServe, Egghead Software and Sprynet.
NetManage
Promotes Charles Mawby
NetManage has announced the promotion of Charles Mawby to VP of
engineering. Mawby reports directly to Zvi Alon and is responsible for
managing operations across NetManage's engineering sites.
