Chordiant To Acquire PrimeResponse
Chordiant announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Prime Response. The combined company would be called Chordiant and its common stock would trade on the NASDAQ National Market under the ticker symbol CHRD. Each share of common stock of PrimeResponse would convert into 0.60 of a share of Chordiant common stock.

Pragmatech announced that Total System Services is implementing the company's proposal automation solution, The RFP Machine. Along with The RFP Machine software, TSYS is installing Pragmatech's RFP Express product, which gives TSYS proposal developers Internet access to The RFP Machine's central knowledge base so they can search for, retrieve, and insert into their proposals approved content.
