InterVoice-Brite
Releases Unified Messaging Version 6
InterVoice-Brite announced the availability of its latest Unified
Messaging release, version 6. The InterVoice-Brite Unified Messaging
application enables telecommunications carriers and service providers to
offer their subscribers a portal to access their messages, including
voice, fax, e-mail and personalized content. Via one central mailbox, a
subscriber can access the services by calling one number from a wireline
phone, a cell phone, or a WAP phone; through the web; or any other device
to check their messages.

CIBER announced an alliance with MicroStrategy. CIBER's e-business
solutions will incorporate MicroStrategy technology into CIBER's offering
to enable customers to transform and deliver data into usable information.
eSupportNow
Launches eSP
eSupportNow introduced its hosted eCRM solution eSP. They also announced
the launch of its first three eSP clients. eSP provides clients with a
suite of customer interaction capabilities including integrated agent
desktop with media blending, CTI/telephony, e-mail, web chat, voice over
IP, self-service, customer requested call back, reporting and analysis,
and CRM capabilities.

Partners With easy/IP
NetManage announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with
easy/IP. easy/IP will offer NetManage's full suite of e-business solutions
in Ireland, which enable PC-to-host and web-to-host connectivity through
integration of data sources and applications to create e-business
solutions.

eCMS Captures Product of The Year Award
Oncontact announced that eCMS was chosen for the Customer Inter@ction
Solutions Product of the Year award. The award is designed to honor

Teleservices Announces Charges And Projections
RMH Teleservices announced one-time charges for its insurance division and
revised projections for fiscal year 2001. Total revenues for the first
quarter ended December 31, 2000 will be approximately $32.8 million, or $3
million lower than earlier expected. The Company closed several facilities
and reduced the associated infrastructure.

Talisma announced that its software solutions have received IBM Netfinity
ServerProven validation. The IBM Netfinity ServerProven program identifies
business solutions that have been validated, optimized and documented to
run reliably on IBM Netfinity servers.
