Accumedia
Teams With Vignette
Accumedia announced a partnership with Vignette. The partnership with
Vignette will allow Accumedia to help media and entertainment companies
manage and distribute their digital assets. Accumedia will integrate the
Vignette V/5 E-business Application Platform into the Accumedia
Convergence Platform to enable entertainment and media companies to
control the creation, distribution and management of their content assets
as they deploy them through the Internet.

Launches CRM
Invensys announces that it is launching an independent company, Invensys
CRM. The product suite itself has also been renamed Invensys CRM, and the
company will launch a 4.2 version of it. The suite includes sales,
marketing and customer-service applications.
Rightnow
Opens Office In Germany
RightNow announced the company has expanded its sales operations by
opening an office in Munich, Germany. RightNow's Munich office will focus
on establishing RightNow as the Web customer service vendor of choice for
German businesses.
