Context Manager offers powerful functionality for finding and filtering service management information. Users can search in specific information sources simultaneously, with a single click of the mouse. Supported information sources include: HP Service Desk Software, XML archives, file servers, websites and relational databases.

Context Manager search queries will span multiple data sources in a single search action, speeding through an array of information pools including all HP Service Desk Software and HP ServiceCenter Software entities, attachments and history lines. With Context Manager, information is at the fingertips of support specialists.
