TeleTech Expands Agreement With Nationwide Wireless Provider
Expanded Agreement Supports Product Growth in New Markets
ENGLEWOOD, CO, Apr 08, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has expanded its multiyear agreement with a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services.
In addition to current work supported from a U.S.-based location, TeleTech will begin serving the client from state-of-the-art delivery centers in Canada, the Philippines, and South Africa. The company's scalable, innovative global delivery model continues to be a key differentiator for the client, as is TeleTech's ability to deploy new services quickly. TeleTech plans to launch more than 2,000 new workstations throughout 2008 for this expanded relationship.
