Direct Alliance Renews Multiyear Contract With Fortune 50 Technology Services Provider  

Renewal Attributed to Outstanding Financial and Operational Performance

TEMPE, AZ, Feb 12, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Direct Alliance, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) and a leading business process outsourcing provider of inside sales and marketing solutions, today announced that it has been awarded a multiyear contract renewal with a Fortune 50 information technology services provider.

Direct Alliance began working with the client in 1994 and the relationship has continued to grow since that time. Under the terms of the renewed agreement, Direct Alliance will provide full-spectrum account management for the client's public-sector and commercial customers. Duties include customer acquisition, order management, and retention programs for the purchase of servers and other hardware.

The client noted that Direct Alliance has been a successful strategic partner by understanding its needs and developing solutions to accelerate new customer sales. The client cited particular success with targeted communications and other tools that resulted in a revenue increase of 5.2 percent year-over-year.
